Verdict!

Vortex-Midtown atmosphere: inside — same as Little 5, outside — like all other patios in Atlanta, lovely lunch though a bit warm out for my taste. It be hot.

Chili-Cheeseburger, Medium Rare: cooked perfectly, great beef, pretty good turkey chili, not very spicy though. All in all, very good. Wanted to try a bunch of other burgers, but of course one was enough for today — tres grand.

Tots: not that great. I am a tots enthusiast and I was disappointed. A pedestrian tots eater may feel differently though.

I used to write restaurant reviews for work, and all the fancy food was hard for me to describe, this works for my skill-set.
